Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you must contact us at behearsupport@amplicomusa.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: BeHear c/o Amplicom USA Authorized Service Center 3401 Merrick Road Wantagh, NY 11793.

General Policy (All Products)
All products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.

Proof of purchase is required to confirm eligibility under the 30‑day return window or the 1‑year manufacturer warranty (included with all new products).

Items must be returned in their original condition, with all original packaging, parts, and accessories.

The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us; we will cover the cost of shipping any approved exchange to the customer.

New Products

If a new product is faulty within 30 days, it will be exchanged for a new replacement.

If that replacement becomes faulty after 30 days, it will be exchanged for a refurbished product.

New products returned for reasons other than a fault must be received within 30 days and are subject to a 25 % restocking fee (covers inspection and repackaging).

Refurbished Products

Refurbished products that are faulty within 30 days will be exchanged for another refurbished product.

Refurbished products returned within 30 days for non‑fault reasons are eligible for a refund minus a 25 % restocking fee.

No exchanges or refunds are available for refurbished products after 30 days.

Additional Terms

Products damaged in transit must be reported within 30 days of delivery to qualify for replacement.

Accessory earbuds or headsets are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Alango’s Behear products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a one-year period from the date of original retail purchase (if purchased from an authorized Behear retailer) – the “Warranty Period” – when used in accordance with the instructions included in Behear technical documentation.

If a defect arises during the Warranty Period, Alango will, at its discretion:

(1) repair the affected Product at no charge using new parts or parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability,

(2) exchange the affected Product with a functionally equivalent Product that is new or formed from new and/or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability or, with the customer’s consent, a Product that is at least functionally equivalent to the Product it replaces; or

(3) refund the original purchase price for the affected Product.

If the Product is exchanged, the replacement product becomes the customer’s property and the Product becomes Alango’s property. When a refund is given, the Product becomes Alango’s property. This warranty excludes defects due to normal wear, abuse, shipping damage, or failure to use product in accordance with instructions. This warranty is void in the event of unauthorized repair or modification, or removal or defacing of the product labeling.

Except to the extent precluded by applicable state law, Alango is not liable for consequential, incidental, direct or special damages arising, directly or indirectly, in respect of such products or use or failure thereof, whether based on breach of warranty, negligence, strict liability, tort or otherwise.

No Alango Behear reseller, agent or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension or addition to this warranty.
